Return Policy

You can return your items easily using our automated online portal. By following the return procedure, you will be sent a prepaid label to be affixed to the outside of the package to be returned. You can then take the package to one of the contracted locations that will be indicated to you based on your postal code delivery address.

For orders outside Italy is possible to make the return only with refund option. If you want to change the size of your item you should place a new order with the correct size and return the other item for a refund.

At the moment we cannot free international return but we can provide you a low cost pre-paid label. The costs will be deducted from the refund. The price depends on your location. Generally costs 12,00€ for Europe and 16,00€ for international shipments.

We process the refund within 7 working days after we receive the item. The timing of when the money will be visible into your account depends on your bank account and country. It can take up to 2 weeks for international orders.

CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING THE RETURN

• The returned product must be in the same condition as received, must not have been used or washed, and must have the tags and labels as it was received.
• The timeline for making a return is 30 days from when the package is received.
• We reserve the right not to issue any refund in the case of products received that are not in the same condition as they were received.
